Our research works are focused on nanomagnetism and thin-film techniques. In nanometer scale, properties of materials are different from that in macroscopic scale. Surface effects and quantum effects emerge to be pronounced. Investigations of these effects are of interest from both fundamental and applicative points of view. In addition group members can learn frontier and practical techniques, such epitaxial growth, ultrahigh vacuum, electron spectroscopy, and electrochemical treatments.
